Thank You Fans

With the lockout behind them, a few of the players put together a video thanking the fans for their patience and support.

“We want to tell you we thank you for being supportive of us through this process,” Cincinnati Bengals offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth said. “We were trying to make the game better for those guys that played it in the past, in the present and in the future. We appreciate your support. We look forward to a great football season. We got this thing done, now let’s play some ball.”

We here at 'PARTY with the LOMBARDI' headquarters agree, let's play some football ! With that being said, it's time for the fans to get fired up for another season in the National Football League ! And when the season's winding down and the playoffs roll around, every owner, player, coach and fan wants to see....

Cock-A-Doodle-Doo !

Here's hoping that Mr. Stephen Garcia makes the effort to do that one thing we all must do at some point...'Grow Up' !? We here at 'PARTY with the LOMBARDI' headquarters believe he will. Because if he does, that will be a BIG step in the right direction towards earning the 'trust' of his team mates, coaches, and all who want to believe in him. It may also lead him and his team in the right direction on the path to winning a National Championship....Here's to South Carolina, Go Cocks !!

“Football is a great deal like life in that it teaches that work, sacrifice, perseverance, competitive drive, selflessness and respect for authority is the price that each and every one of us must pay to achieve any goal that is worthwhile.”    -Vince Lombardi

HOOVER, Ala. — South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier says quarterback Stephen Garcia will "in all likelihood" rejoin the team for preseason camp.
Will he start? Maybe not.

Spurrier said Wednesday at Southeastern Conference media days that Garcia has done everything he's been asked to do since he was suspended for the fifth time in the spring.
But the coach says Garcia will have to compete with sophomore Connor Shaw to keep his starting job.
He says he has probably the most talented roster of his seven-year tenure. Spurrier says he thinks running back Marcus Lattimore and wide receiver Alshon Jeffery are the nation's best at their position.
He also said the nation's top recruit, defensive end Jadeveon Clowney, will be on the field "early and often."

INDY 2012

Here we are mid July and we're wondering how much longer the owners/players will be dumb enough to keep this season and it's fans 'hangin' !? It's gotten to the point where we here at 'PARTY with the LOMBARDI' headquarters are wondering, 'Who Dat' possibly be that's holding the people(THE FANS), who are the reason they even have a job making that kind of dough, hostage !? We're 'over' it so let's get 'er done...Let the tailgatin' begin, so we can all have some fun !!... Are you ready for some football ?!?
